從「在所遊方勿妄宣傳」此下六十四行是第二，正示其弘經益物之方，獎勸行因之意。此中自有三段，初有半行，據總略勸弘經益物；第二「若有聞者」下有十行偈，據別略勸弘經之方；第三「若有不信毀謗此經」下有五十三行半偈，廣示弘經方法，表行行因之相。

The sixty-four lines from "Wherever you travel, do not recklessly proclaim it" onward are the second [section], directly showing the method of propagating the sūtra to benefit beings, with the intent of encouraging and exhorting the practice of the cause. Within this there are three sections: first, there is half a line, based on a general and brief exhortation to propagate the sūtra to benefit beings; second, the ten lines of verse from "If there are those who hear" onward are based on a specific and brief exhortation regarding the method of propagating the sūtra; third, the fifty-three and a half lines of verse from "If there are those who do not believe and slander this sūtra" onward extensively show the method of propagating the sūtra, expressing the characteristics of practicing the cause.
