「世尊我等今者樂說譬喻以明斯義」者，長行正領解中本有三，一者略領解竟，此是第二將欲廣領解，故先諮審如來也。

"World-Honoured One, we now delight to speak a parable to clarify this meaning": within the direct expression of understanding in prose, there were originally three [parts]; the first, the brief expression of understanding, is finished; this is the second, where, about to extensively express their understanding, they first consult and verify with the Tathāgata.
