「當於一切眾生」下是第二明修善，自有四種善：一「於一切眾生起大悲想」也；二「於諸如來」下也；三「於諸菩薩」下也；四「於一切眾生」下也。

From "Toward all sentient beings..." downward is the second, explaining the cultivation of good; it has four kinds of good of its own: 1. "give rise to the thought of great compassion toward all sentient beings"; 2. from "toward the Tathāgatas..." downward; 3. from "toward the bodhisattvas..." downward; 4. from "toward all sentient beings..." downward.
