不得中道，故稱隨情。諸佛如來不空說法，雖非中道第一義悉檀，不失三悉檀益。大槩判之，皆屬隨情為麁耳。

Because they do not attain the Middle Way, they are called following feelings. The Buddhas, the Tathāgatas, do not preach the Dharma in vain; although this is not the siddhānta of the Middle Way paramārtha, it does not forfeit the benefits of the [other] three siddhāntas. Roughly evaluated, they all belong to following feelings and are coarse.
