△今依三法，更廣分別。若廣眾生法，一往通論諸因果及一切法。若廣佛法，此則據果。若廣心法，此則據因。

Now, relying on these three dharmas, I shall further distinguish them extensively. If one extensively treats the dharmas of sentient beings, one comprehensively discusses in a general way all causes and effects and all dharmas. If one extensively treats the dharmas of buddhas, this is based on the fruit. If one extensively treats the dharmas of mind, this is based on the cause.
