云何如來衣嬰兒行、病行？遮喧、遮靜，故名忍辱。雙照二諦，復名柔和。文云：「能為下劣，忍于斯事」，「即脫瓔珞，著弊垢衣」即同病行。「方便附近」即同嬰兒行。

How does the Tathāgata's robe designate infant practice and illness practice? Obstructing clamor and obstructing quiescence is called forbearance. Dual illumination of the two truths is called gentleness. The text states: 'Able to endure such things for the sake of the base and inferior,' and 'Promptly taking off his necklaces and putting on dirty and defiled garments'—this is identical to illness practice. 'Skillfully drawing near' is identical to infant practice.
