用此意歷五味教者：乳教一麁一妙。酪教但有一麁。生蘇有三麁一妙。熟蘇有二麁一妙。《法華》但有一妙。待麁意竟。

Applying this meaning across the teachings of the five flavors: the milk teaching has one crude and one subtle; the curd teaching has only one crude; the raw curd has three crude and one subtle; the cooked curd has two crude and one subtle; the Lotus has only one subtle. The meaning of contrasting with the crude is concluded.
