7.190

若於六即位中得四即益，理即、究竟即，例如前，但得名字即中：智、行、位、眷屬、功德，乃至分真即中：智、行、位、眷屬、功德。如身子得記，四眾、天、龍歡喜，說偈云：「大智舍利弗，今得受尊記，我等亦如是，悉當得作佛。」即是生身菩薩聞迹門說法，得益之相也。

If among the stages of the six identities one obtains the benefits of four identities: the identity in principle and the ultimate identity are as exemplified before; one only obtains within the identity in verbal expression: wisdom, practice, stage, retinue, and merit, up to within the identity in partial realization: wisdom, practice, stage, retinue, and merit. As when Śāriputra received the prediction, the fourfold assembly, gods, and dragons were joyful and spoke in verse: 'The great wise Śāriputra / now receives the prediction from the Honoured One; / we too are like this, / and all shall become buddhas.' This is the mark of bodhisattvas of the physical body hearing the expounding of the Dharma in the trace gate and obtaining benefit.
