又正實相多諸名字，約名字中復論傍正，《勝鬘》自性清淨為正，餘名為傍；《華嚴》以法身為正；《般若》以一切種智為正；《涅槃》以佛性為正；此經以實相一乘為正，餘名為傍。此則非傍非正論傍正，傍正悉是經體（云云）。

Furthermore, the primary real mark has many names, and within these names secondary and primary are again discussed. In the Śrīmālādevī-sūtra, the intrinsic purity of nature is primary, and other names are secondary; the Avataṃsaka-sūtra takes the dharma-kāya as primary; the Prajñāpāramitā takes omniscience as primary; the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra takes the buddha-nature as primary; this sūtra takes the real mark of the eka-yāna as primary, and other names are secondary. This is to discuss the secondary and primary in terms of that which is neither secondary nor primary; both secondary and primary are the substance of the sūtras, and so forth.
