次料簡中不復料簡五章，但簡用觀之意，又為二：初約根性不同，次「又論」下理須具足。初文中云「為信行人」等者，如樹一根開眾枝葉，於一實相開無量名；若為法行以身喻身，能喻所喻皆生觀解。

Next, in the critical assessment, it no longer critically assesses the five chapters, but only assesses the intent of applying contemplation; this again has two parts: first, in terms of differing capacities; next, from "Moreover, discussing..." downward, that in principle it must be complete. In the first text, "For practitioners of faith..." and so on means: like one root of a tree expanding into numerous branches and leaves, from the one true mark boundless names are expanded; for practitioners of the Dharma, using the body to illustrate the body, that which illustrates and that which is illustrated both generate contemplative understanding.
