《釋論》明「與」者，共義，舉七一解共，謂一時、一處、一戒、一心、一見、一道、一解脫也。若歷教，應各明七一：三藏一七一，通教二七一，別教無量七一，圓教一七一。若未發迹，正是三藏、通教中七一，直明兩意幾異，時、處、戒、解脫是同，心、見、道三種則異；若至開三顯一，即得入圓教七一也。

The *Commentary* (*Mahāprajñāpāramitopadeśa*) explains "with" as the meaning of "together," citing seven uniformities to explain "together"—namely: one time, one place, one precept, one mind, one view, one path, and one liberation. If traversed through the teachings, one should explain seven uniformities for each: one set of seven uniformities for the Tripiṭaka teaching, a second set of seven uniformities for the shared teaching, immeasurable seven uniformities for the distinctive teaching, and one set of seven uniformities for the perfect teaching. If they have not yet disclosed their traces, they are precisely the seven uniformities within the Tripiṭaka and shared teachings; directly clarifying the differences between the two intentions: time, place, precepts, and liberation are the same, while mind, view, and path are different. When it comes to opening the three and revealing the one, they are then able to enter the seven uniformities of the perfect teaching.
