10.61

從「爾時」下，是第二，現十神力，為二：初、所對之眾，次、正現神力。「於文殊等」者，迹化眾也。「舊住」者，下方本化眾也。「一切」者，他方來者及從分身佛來者也。

From 'at that time' onward is the second part, manifesting the ten supernatural powers, which has two parts: first, the assembled audience faced; next, the direct manifestation of the supernatural powers. 'Before Mañjuśrī and the others' refers to the assembly converted by the traces. 'Those formerly abiding' refers to the assembly originally converted from below the earth. 'All' refers to those who came from other directions and those who came from the emanated buddhas.
