10.60

文有長行、偈頌。長行為三：一、菩薩受命，二、佛現神力，三、結要勸持。初、經家敘敬儀，次、發誓弘經。弘經為三：一、時節，佛滅後是也；二、處所，分身等國是也；三、誓願，非但奉命益他，亦自願此真淨大法，兼濟俱美也。

The text contains prose and gāthā verses. The prose consists of three parts: first, the bodhisattvas receive the command; second, the Buddha manifests supernatural powers; third, summarizing the essentials to encourage upholding. First, the compiler of the scripture describes the ritual of reverence; next, they make a vow to propagate the sūtra. Propagating the sūtra has three aspects: first, the time, which is after the Buddha's parinirvāṇa; second, the place, which is the lands of the emanated buddhas, and so on; third, the vow, which is not only accepting the command to benefit others, but also voluntarily wishing for this true and pure Great Dharma, helping universally with both being splendid.
