3.41

「一一諸佛土聲聞眾」下，第四、三行，此即將人約法，人既二乘，必知開三藏說也，即頌上為聲聞人說應四諦等也，雖不頌出緣覺兼攝在中，行施、忍辱等，等於四度耳，此一行頌上六度大乘也。

From "In each and every buddha land the assembly of śrāvakas" onward, the fourth, three verses: this aligns the person with the Dharma; since the persons belong to the two vehicles, one must know that he opened the Tripiṭaka preaching; this versifies the above on preaching the corresponding Four Noble Truths for śrāvakas and so forth; although it does not versify pratyekabuddhas, they are subsumed within it; practicing giving, patience, and so forth refers equally to the four pāramitās; this one verse versifies the above six pāramitās of the Mahāyāna.
