9.32

二、他方菩薩疑者，分身眷屬橫在十方，與彌勒同疑，二土俱不知本地，欲顯成道甚久，各各陳疑已佛，佛皆抑待彌勒（云云）。

Second, as for the doubts of the bodhisattvas from other directions: the retinue of the emanations horizontally spread across the ten directions shared the same doubt as Maitreya. Both lands alike did not know the original ground. Wishing to reveal that the attainment of Buddhahood was extremely long ago, each had already stated their doubt to their Buddha, but all the Buddhas checked them to wait for Maitreya (and so forth).
