10.170

前文初召，須云「召」；今是說竟，故云「說」。故品後云「說是品時」。二處皆有初聞名時，即世界也。皆有隨應為說，即為人也。皆有答問得三昧由，即除疑也。皆有聞品得益不同，即得道也。

The previous text was the initial summoning, so it had to say "summon"; now it has finished speaking, so it says "speak of." Therefore, after the chapter it says, "When this chapter was spoken." Both places have the time of first hearing the name, which is the mundane [siddhānta]. Both have preaching in accordance with [capacities], which is the individual [siddhānta]. Both have answering questions on the causes of attaining samādhi, which is the therapeutic [siddhānta]. Both have hearing the chapter and attaining different benefits, which is the supreme truth [siddhānta].
