Third, from "Furthermore, there are" downward refutes the four parts in the miscellaneous interpretations: first it summarizes them separately, next from "Thus" downward it refutes them generally, third from "Provisional" downward it refutes them separately, and fourth from "Each does not" downward it concludes their errors. In the separate refutation, "location" means that on which wisdom relies. Both "provisional" and "temporary" are words indicating the transient; hence one knows that it also refers to a temporary location. The transformed city, the grass hut, and the like are their characteristics. "Dharma-gate" means the dharmas employed by wisdom in accordance with the capacities and suitabilities of beings; referring to the three vehicles, it is a dharma-gate. As for "wisdom's capacity," the wisdom that can bestow has rules for advancing and not; hence it establishes the three vehicles at the Deer Park. "Weight" (chuí, phonetic zhù-wèi) may also be "hammer" (chuí, phonetic zhù-wéi); it balances by moving forward or backward according to the lightness or heaviness of the object, and thus is the skillful capacity of wisdom.
