三請已後五千必去，秖一三止用當二義，於理無妨，有時一法當無量緣，秖此二事何足生疑。

After the three requests, the five thousand inevitably left; merely the single 'three stops' serves both purposes, which poses no obstacle in principle. At times a single dharma corresponds to immeasurable conditions; why should these two matters alone give rise to doubt?
