以權引實，豈此等外悉是權耶？此亦義當本迹釋也。若釋無威德者，隨於形色以釋。

If one guides toward the real by means of the provisional, could it be that outside of these, all are provisional? This is also explained in terms of the meaning of origin and traces. As for explaining 'lacking majestic virtue,' it is explained according to form and color.
