「問既明法身」等者，若明法身無三德者，當知則非常住法身。答文可見。《論》文亦云「成就三身」，三身即是三德故也。

Regarding the passage beginning “Question: Since the dharmakāya is explained…,” if the dharmakāya is explained without the three virtues, one should know that it is not the eternally abiding dharmakāya. The text of the reply is clear. The text of the Treatise also says “accomplishing the three bodies,” because the three bodies are precisely the three virtues.
