三詮量應身中亦四：初略標，次「應身」下釋所以，三「文云」下引證，四「此是」下結。次所以中三：先明功能，次「緣長」下應用，三「云云」下明應即體。引證中初二句證應相，次二句證應用。

Third, evaluating the nirmāṇakāya also has four parts: first, briefly indicating; second, from "the nirmāṇakāya" below, explaining the reason; third, from "The text says" below, citing proof; fourth, from "This is" below, concluding. Next, within the reason, there are three parts: first, clarifying its function; second, from "when conditions are long" below, the functioning of the response; third, from "and so on" below, clarifying that the response is precisely the essence. Within citing proof, the first two lines prove the characteristics of the response; the next two lines prove the functioning of the response.
