十一者謂二智一雙。觀音即是實智，普門即從實智起方便智益物也。

Eleventh is the pair of the two wisdoms. "Guanyin" is real wisdom; "Universal Gate" is giving rise from real wisdom to skillful-means wisdom to benefit beings.
