答：眾生三業興感，菩薩於一一業中隨用三輪，或應通或說法等也。
Answer: Sentient beings arouse responses through their three karmas, and the bodhisattva applies the three wheels within each and every karma, either responding with supernormal powers or expounding the Dharma, and so forth.
