答：門內人及門外人並執昔教俱有三究竟果，今聞無三，故內外人俱索三。

Answer: Both the persons inside the gate and the persons outside the gate clung to the past teaching, both holding that there were three ultimate fruits; now hearing that there are no three, both those inside and outside ask for the three.
