答？初證法身已不可知，證法身已復倍上數者，此明不可知不可知，如《華嚴》不可說不可說，此顯無復有終義耳。

Answer: That the initial realization of the dharmakāya is already unknowable, and that having realized the dharmakāya it is ‘again double the above number’, explains that it is unknowable upon unknowable, like the ‘inexpressible of inexpressibles’ in the Avataṃsaka; this merely demonstrates the meaning of having no further end.
