問：明土淨既變土令淨，何不變眾令淨耶？如淨名會一切大眾悉皆得見坐寶蓮華。

Question: In explaining the purity of the land, since the land is transformed to make it pure, why not transform the assembly to make it pure? Just as in the assembly of Vimalakīrti, where the entire great assembly was able to see themselves seated upon jewelled lotuses.
