11.105

「是人所在方面諸佛皆向其處說法」者，此人既背惑向理故常見佛面，故如轉面向之。若背理向惑則不見佛如佛背之。

Regarding "the Buddhas facing whichever direction this person is located preach the Dharma toward that place": since this person turns their back on delusion and faces the principle, they constantly see the Buddha's face, and thus it is like [the Buddhas] turning their faces toward them. If one turns one's back on the principle and faces delusion, one will not see the Buddha, just as if the Buddha had turned his back on them.
