「最初威音王」下，第二、正出常不輕事。又開二別：初、明二人行因；次、明二人得果。

From "the initial King of Majestic Voice" downward is the second, directly setting forth the matter of Sadāparibhūta. This again divides into two: first, explaining the two persons practicing causes; next, explaining the two persons obtaining fruits.
