「爾時四部眾」下，第二、時眾生疑也。彌勒道高知有釋疑之人，餘眾德劣但有疑佛瑞相，不知釋疑之人也。

From 'At that time the fourfold assembly' onward is the second: the assembly at that time giving rise to doubt. Maitreya's attainment of the path was high, so he knew there was a person to resolve the doubts; the remaining assembly was inferior in virtue, so they only had doubts about the Buddha's auspicious signs, not knowing the person who could resolve their doubts.
