由有此惑迷於權實，故不識三乘是權、一乘為實，亦迷一乘本有、二乘本無，故名障三根也。

Because this delusion exists, they are confused about the provisional and the real; hence they do not recognise that the triyāna is provisional and the ekayāna is real, and they are also confused about the ekayāna being originally present and the two vehicles being originally non-existent. Therefore, it is said to obstruct the three capacities.
