「於諸過去佛」下，第三、合明二世修行成佛。「聞是法」者，則是聞上來所說法皆得成佛也。

From "In the presence of past Buddhas" onward, third, it jointly explains attaining Buddhahood through practice in both periods. "Hearing this Dharma" means that by hearing the teachings spoken above, all attain Buddhahood.
