5.225

雖有六義，然化主為正，故合譬中正合化主。所以前明化主者，以將欲化物，故前歎如來有化物之德，又令物欣此德如法受化也。

Although there are six meanings, the transforming master is primary; hence, in matching the parable, it directly matches the transforming master. The reason the transforming master is clarified beforehand is that, being about to transform beings, he first praises the Tathāgata as possessing the virtue to transform beings, and also causes beings to admire this virtue and receive transformation according to the Dharma.
