「周匝俱時歘然火起」下，第二、明火起燒宅。所言火者，謂眾苦也。
"All around at the same time a fire suddenly flared up": from here on, the second [part] explains the fire breaking out and burning the house. What is called "fire" refers to manifold sufferings.
