8.36

「其所說法皆悉到於一切智地」者，第四，明教所表理。上明以智方便說一切教，即是其言巧妙，此句明教所表理，謂其義深遠，雖以智方便說一切法，大宗終歸一切智之正觀也。

Regarding 'The Dharma he expounds all arrives at the stage of all-knowledge': the fourth phrase, explaining the principle expressed by the teaching. The previous phrase explained expounding all teachings with wisdom and upāya, which is the skillfulness of his words; this phrase explains the principle expressed by the teaching, which means its meaning is profound and far-reaching. Although he expounds all dharmas with wisdom and upāya, the great purport ultimately returns to the correct contemplation of all-knowledge (sarvajñatā).
