「高至四天王宮」者，第八、明塔至處。舊云：表說四諦理盡也。
"Reaching in height up to the palace of the Four Heavenly Kings" is the eighth, explaining the place the stūpa reached. The old [commentary] says: It symbolizes that the preaching of the principle of the Four Noble Truths is exhaustive.
