《法華論》云「以略攝廣故但明一佛，即略攝一切佛也」。又頌二佛來即辨所弘之法，今命弘經即辨能弘之人，以二佛來辨真應二身，故有所弘之法。

The Fahua lun states: "Because the concise subsumes the extensive, only one buddha is shown, which concisely subsumes all buddhas." Furthermore, versifying the coming of the two buddhas explains the Dharma that is propagated, while now commanding the propagation of the sūtra explains the persons who can propagate it; because the coming of the two buddhas explains the two bodies of the true and the responsive, there is the Dharma that is propagated.
