來意者，論云「護法力者，〈普賢品〉及後品示現。〈囑累品〉佛自三周付囑護法，此品菩薩勸發眾人護法，故此品來。」

Regarding the purpose of its arrival, the Treatise says: 'The power of protecting the Dharma is manifested in the "Samantabhadra Chapter" and the following chapter. In the "Entrustment Chapter," the Buddha himself in three cycles entrusted the protection of the Dharma; in this chapter, the bodhisattva encourages the assembly to protect the Dharma. Therefore this chapter arrives.'
