廢立者，九十五云：「苦諦如諸病體，集諦如諸病因，滅諦如病生已而得除愈，道諦如病除已令後不生。諸有病者詣良醫所，但應尋求爾所正法；諸有良醫亦但應授爾所正法，是故更無第五聖諦。諸佛如來拔大毒箭無上良醫，亦但宣說爾所正法。又如療病者知病、病因、病除之法；觀生死苦、苦因、苦滅、滅法亦爾，故復說言趣苦滅行。」

Regarding establishing and excluding: Fascicle 95 [of the Yogācārabhūmi] says: "The truth of suffering is like the entities of illnesses; the truth of origin is like the causes of illnesses; the truth of cessation is like the healing obtained after illnesses arise; the truth of the path is like preventing future illnesses after they are cured. Those who are ill, when visiting an excellent physician, should only seek that many correct Dharmas; an excellent physician should also only administer that many correct Dharmas; therefore, there is no fifth noble truth. The Buddhas and Tathāgatas, being the unsurpassed excellent physicians who extract the great poisoned arrow, also only proclaim that many correct Dharmas. Furthermore, just as one who cures an illness knows the illness, the causes of the illness, and the methods for curing the illness, contemplating the suffering of saṃsāra, the causes of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the methods of cessation is also like this; therefore it is further spoken of as the practice leading to the cessation of suffering."
