次論諸門權實，三藏通教教觀，十六門能通、所通皆是權；別教教觀，能通是權、所通是實；圓教教觀，八門能通、所通皆是實，具論在彼《玄義》。

Next, to discuss the expedient and the real of the various gates: Regarding the sixteen gates of the teachings and contemplations of the Tripiṭaka and shared teachings, both that which can lead through and that which is led to are expedient.
