"Namo" is an expression of taking refuge and entrusting one's life; these are all the phenomenal single mind reciting the name. As for the principle single mind: one realizes that this mind cannot be grasped as self, other, both, or without cause; it is without mind and without thought, corresponding with empty wisdom. This is being without "one" and without "mind"; knowing that the mark of sound is empty and that calls and echoes are unreal, both the agent of recitation and the object of recitation are ungraspable. This is called "non-recitation," and this is reciting the name with the principle single mind.
