經曰　大力菩薩言：「不可思議。如是之人非出家非不出家。何以故？入涅槃宅、著如來衣、坐菩提座，如是之人乃至沙門宜應敬養。」佛言：「如是。何以故？入涅槃宅，心起三界；著如來衣，入法空處；坐菩提座，登正覺一地。如是之人心超二我，何況沙門而不敬養？」

The sūtra states: Mahābalavān Bodhisattva said, "Inconceivable! Such a person has neither left home nor not left home. Why is this? They enter the house of nirvāṇa, wear the Tathāgata's robes, and sit on the seat of awakening. Even śramaṇas should revere and make offerings to such a person." The Buddha said, "It is so. Why is this? Entering the house of nirvāṇa, their mind gives rise to the three realms; wearing the Tathāgata's robes, they enter the place of the emptiness of phenomena; sitting on the seat of awakening, they ascend to the single ground of correct awakening. The mind of such a person transcends the two selves; how much more should śramaṇas not revere and make offerings to them?"
