論曰：此下第四入果常法。於中有三：一如來說、二長者演、其第三者大眾得益。初中有二：許說、正說。此即許說。

The treatise states: From here below is the fourth, entering the permanent Dharma of fruition. Within this there are three: first, the Tathāgata's expounding; second, the elder's elaboration; third, the great assembly's obtaining of benefit. In the first there are two: the promise to expound and the actual expounding. This is the promise to expound.
