論曰：此是第二示真空法。言是故者，是前執有皆是虛妄，其能破者得實之故，真如不動妄法不成也。識所化者，謂識所計，彼所計相理無所有，直從情有故名所化，諸法非如識所化故。離識之法空無所有，是故我從空處說如。

The treatise states: This is the second [part], showing the dharma of true emptiness. 'Therefore' means that because the preceding graspings at existence are all false and empty, while that which is able to refute them attains the real, true thusness is unmoving and false phenomena cannot be established. 'Mentally transformed by consciousness' means what is conceptualized by consciousness; the characteristics conceptualized by it do not exist in principle, but exist merely from affective perception, and are therefore called 'transformed.' This is because dharmas are not as transformed by consciousness. Dharmas apart from consciousness are empty and without existence; therefore I speak of thusness from the locus of emptiness.
