論曰：此是第四如來述成。一切空寂法者，生死涅槃一切空寂之法。是法寂不空者，無二之心法，非都無法故。雖非無法而不是有，是故解心不空之時，是時得知心之不有。所以前說俱不俱取皆應寂滅者，不違道理也。

The commentary states: This is the fourth [part], in which the Tathāgata corroborates and approves. 'All empty and quiescent dharmas' refers to all empty and quiescent dharmas of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa. 'This dharma is quiescent, not empty' refers to the non-dual mental dharma, because it is not an utter nonexistence of dharmas. Although it is not a nonexistent dharma, it is not an existent one; therefore, at the time when one understands that mind is not empty, at that time one comes to know that mind is not existent. Hence, what was previously stated—that both grasping together and grasping not together must also be quiescent—does not contravene principle.
