3.61

論曰：此是正問所疑。小乘教有八萬法蘊，一蘊之量十百之數。今大乘教不唯八萬，故言法數無量無邊。無邊教法所詮義相更無異趣，唯一實義。教法眾多唯住一性，甚難可解。其事云何？

The commentary states: This directly questions what is doubted. In the Hīnayāna teaching there are eighty thousand aggregates of dharmas, the measure of one aggregate being counted in thousands. Now in the Mahāyāna teaching there are not merely eighty thousand; therefore it says, "the enumerations of dharmas are immeasurable and boundless." The meaning-characteristics elucidated by the boundless teachings have no differing destination, but solely the one real meaning. That the teaching's dharmas are numerous yet abide solely in the single nature is very difficult to understand. How is this?
