3.72

經曰　「長者！住一佛道即達三行。」梵行長者言：「云何三行？」佛言：「一隨事取行、二隨識取行、三隨如取行。」

The sūtra says: “Elder! Abiding in the one Buddha-path, one reaches the three practices.” The elder Brahmacārin said, “What are the three practices?” The Buddha said, “First is the practice of engaging according to affairs; second is the practice of engaging according to consciousness; third is the practice of engaging according to thusness.”
