The sūtra says: Śāriputra said: "As the Exalted One has said, prior to activities, taking it by means of the original benefit, this thought is quiescent, and quiescence is thusness. It gathers all virtues and encompasses all dharmas, perfectly fused and non-dual, inconceivable. One should know that this dharma is indeed the mahāprajñāpāramitā; it is the great spiritual mantra, it is the great bright mantra, it is the unexcelled mantra, it is the unequaled mantra."
