1.17

「一時」者，根授相應時也。時有三義：一平等時，謂無沈浮顛倒。二和合時，謂令聞能聞正聞。三轉法輪時，謂正說正受。

'At one time' is the time when the faculties and the transmission correspond. 'Time' has three meanings: first, the time of equanimity, meaning free from sinking, floating, or inversion; second, the time of harmonious convergence, meaning enabling hearing, being able to hear, and correctly hearing; third, the time of turning the wheel of Dharma, meaning correct teaching and correct reception.
