前中三：初「一時」者，依《佛地論》，或一剎那、或多相續，但取說聽究竟，是故總名假立一時。小乘實時，大乘假說。若別釋，梁《攝論》一時有三義：一平等時，謂無沈浮顛倒故；二和合時，謂令聞能聞正聞；三轉法輪時，謂正說正受。

Among the former there are three: First, 'At one time': according to the Buddhabhūmi-vyākhyāna, whether one kṣaṇa or multiple continuities, taking only the completion of the teaching and listening, it is therefore collectively and provisionally designated 'one time.' In the Hīnayāna it is real time; in the Mahāyāna it is a provisional designation. If explained separately, in the Liang Mahāyānasaṃgraha 'one time' has three meanings: first, the time of equality, meaning being free from sinking, floating, or inversion; second, the time of harmony, meaning causing hearing, being able to hear, and hearing correctly; third, the time of turning the dharmacakra, meaning preaching correctly and receiving correctly.
