二來意者，所以來，正位自分已成，次明勝進入後位故來也。所以前問在迴向後，今答在前者，欲顯行通故也。亦可迴向屬助方便，藏從行本故在初前耳。

Second, regarding the reason for its placement: the reason it comes here is that the proper position of one's own stage has already been accomplished, and next the superior advance entering into the subsequent stage is explained; hence it comes here. As for why the previous inquiry placed it after dedication (pariṇāmanā) whereas the present answer places it before, it is because [the text] wishes to show that the practices are mutually pervasive. It may also be that dedication pertains to auxiliary skillful means, whereas the treasuries derive from the root of practice; hence they come first, before [it].
